If I do end up buying this, what will an engine rebuild run me? With a 140k, I'm guessing one isn't a bad idea.

That spoiler... kill it with fire.

As for engine rebuilds, I HIGHLY doubt that is going to be necessary any time soon. You usually have to do something pretty stupid or be a victim of anomaly to hurt these engines. The transmissions also seem to do fine.

I bought my vert with 150k on it. I'm now at 162k and the motor and tranny are fine. If it's in good shape and runs good I'd say go for it. It may need a little more work then some others but I've seen a lot of mustangs that have lower miles and beat to sh*t. These cars aren't bad to work on so if your willing to get your hands dirty it could easly make it 200k or more.
