Do you still get compliments for your car?
I was just driving today and pulled into a gas station. Some older guy was oozing over my car and came up to me and was like "Beautiful Mustang! What year? What kinda exahust? etc" He was a very nice guy, chatted me up.
A little later today, I was driving to Harris Teeter and was leaving the lot when this cute chick was putting groceries in her car and said "Hey!.....That's an awesome Mustang! I love the color". Unfortunately, my shyness made me only say "hehe thanks" without talking to her back. Doh!
Do yall get compliments for your car still often? Even with the newer Mustangs and Camaros out?

i get coimpliments from my car..i always seem to get them from either really cool guys, hot girls, or really fat, ugly girls that ask me for a ride and im like well maybe if i get better suspension haha but ya i get em. and how old are you?

I hear them now and then. Normally from fellow stang owners, sometimes a ricer will comment on how the taillights look. Its died down since I hit that deer a while back, but once I get paint done, it'll be on again.

yea i do actually, mostly from old people. but my town is so small everyone knows me. at the track a week or so ago i ran an 8.6, which is ok i guess for my mods and after the run i had a few guys with an LS1 and vortech GT ask me what my secret was LOL..they were running like 8.3's i think?
its weird though, back when my car was stock i got all kinds of compliments, now i hardly ever do lol
