Default Bullitt/Mach 1 Gauges in my 03?

Okay so I like my car and everything about it...well, almost everything. The stock cluster gauges do not look like they belong in an 03...it looks like it belongs in a 93. It's just bland, green, and blah.

I'm not that much of a fan of the 05-09 Mustangs, but one thing I've always liked about it was it's gauges. I just like that 1960's gauge look. But, the only gauges that look "retro" for 1999-2004 are the Bullitt/Mach 1 gauges.

How hard is it to swap them? I heard you have to do something with the mileage thingy. Is it a simple swap or is it much more difficult? And has anyone tried this?

It's easy as hell! Follow the tutorial School Boy posted and you'll be fine. I even used the factory bezel with chrome rings. It gave it even more a retro look, as if they are all individual gauges.

That grey Mach 1 bezel also makes the factory gauges look A LOT cooler.

Spil, that's awesome. Where did you order yours from and how much? I LOVE the way yours looks. So sick of my boring and bland gauges.

I got them from a wrecked Mach 1 from Texas. If you look around, you'll find some on eBay and other Mustang forums.

I really wish I could have gotten some other things from that car... most of it was still OK, and I think the guy that bought it is going to tube frame it and give it a second life.

Those "chrome" rings are hideous.....

And Mach 1 cluster> Bullitt cluster.

Is that the tach out of an automatic Mach 1? I was looking for it one these vendors (like American Muscle) but I don't see it.
