My First Mustang was a 1979 Ghia 302 with 45k miles back in 1995, bored 30 over with a alum intake, holly 650, b303 cam, 5angle valve cut, P/P heads 4:11 gears and a shift kit in the automatic. Sure do miss that car!!!
its called compound boost. you can google it and check it out.

a lot of people do it for bragging rights and ****s and giggles because its pretty inefficient and very expensive (but you can get huge numbers off it too). the idea was something like having the instant boost of a twin screw at 2k rpm, then tubos building power after that.

my buddy has a termi and he has already started buying **** to add a twin turbo setup to his car, but he's keeping the eaton to do compound boost with. its going to be a highly ineficcient heat monster if he goes through with it. i told him to ditch the eaton and just run the turbos.

Yup, the Eaton becomes a cork for the turbos at higher RPMs and the turbos act like a sock in the pipe when the Eaton trys to spin in lower RPM range.

I sent him a question asking why he was trying to pass his car off as a roush instead of what it really is, a dressed up GT. This is what I got back from him:

first off it is listed as a GT 40th. Is it priced as a roush. No it is not. It would be in the 20's. So at this goodf price it is a good deal. So as a dressed up GT as clean as it is it is worth the money I am asking. If you know so much then you would know it is priced correctly. So again it is not priced in the 20's like other roush's. Bid or move on!!

Priced correctly my ***. And his ad mentioned GT one time only. The rest was roush this and roush that. I hope he wraps his "roush" around a tree. He's nothing but a piece of **** trying to find some gullible buyer.
