Default Question about PCM and tune.

So, I had some problems with my old PCM in my Mustang. Basically, an 02 sensor burned against my exhaust pipe, and that basically messed up my computer in my car. I had to get a new PCM and get it flashed from the dealership to get all of the stock data back in the new computer.

The question is, and I know this could be painfully obvious but it won't hurt to ask. I had my car tuned with the old computer in there. But since the dealership flashed my new computer, does that mean that my modified tune is gone?

I know, this could be an obvious answer, but I just want to be sure. I think I can feel my car a tad bit slower now than it was with the effed up PCM that had a tune on it.

If the dealership did any sort of PCM swap and re-flashing, you can bet your bottom dollar that you are on the stock tune.

Damn. Thought so. My car feels a bit slower now but I noticed my mpg went up. I was like "what the?" then I totally forgot that I had my pcu reflashed so I was like Doh!

Maybe I can get a Better tune now? Ugh it's just pricey.
