LOL you got a very long winter ahead of you then. make sure you give it a good tune up before you take it out in spring. i'd also probably invest in some front and rear stands to keep the weight off your bike so your tires don't get flatspots. if you don't have them or dont want to buy them, just go out once in a while and move it so its not sitting on the same part of the tire.

btw hp, you can forget about your car at this point. you have a whole new addiction ahead of you that your car can't compare to. i started building my car until the bike came in then every dime i had started sinking into that.

haha i hear ya on that dude... I have stopped the car addiction about 2 months ago when i signed up for the MSF class and decided i REALLY wanted to go through with getting a bike.

I still love the car, but the bike is a passsion at the moment haha

The tires are SHOT on the bike, so no worry about flat spots. I can't wait to mod this bike out. Tinted windshield is needed. I just need to figure out where to get parts for the bike!

tobefast.com and motomummy.com are where quite a few of my parts came from. ebay has great prices too sometimes, and theres a few other sites that were r6 only sites so that wont do you any good. for something like a windshield though you should be able to find one really cheap off a kawi forum.

oh and get some frame sliders and flushmount turn signals pronto. DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT buy cheap 20$ frame sliders off ebay. you can, but throw the bolts in the garbage and get some better ones from home depot. the bolts that come with ebay frame sliders are usually a hair smaller than the threads going into the frame/motor (they start to thread in fine, but easily jump threads and go in sideways). 2 of my buddies broke bolts off trying to install ebay sliders on their bikes. shops wanted i believe over 200$ to drill out the bolts and tap the threads, so they both just left the broke bolts in and said F it.
