NITROUS OXIDE

Great. Thanks a lot for the valuable information.
Before I take the car in to the shop, I just want to get some feedback on a wet shot's safety. In the past, I've used 2 different wet shot kits on 2 different cars with very nice results. I never had explosions or anything of the kind. I never went with dry because the cars I had them installed on didn't have ECU's that would add enough fuel in so that's why we went with wet shots. But I read a bit about Mustangs blowing up because of fuel puddling in the intake tract/TB. Any ways to prevent this on the 2003 GT with a wet kit or is it just a risk associated with it?

Like stated above I would definitely look into some sticky tires. Nitto makes a decent DR, M/T DRs are very good. Even with those tires your car will still be very streetable and you probably won't even notice a difference with them.

You will absolutely be in the 12's w/ a 100 shot!!!
I ran a 12.5 this weekend with only 300rwhp and 4.10 gears.
You need to check the A/F ratio under the spray to be sure you are safe. Cooler plugs and you will have to back a little timing out as well. Other than that, it sounds like you have the right components to keep it safe.
GOOD LUCK!

Awesome! That's music to my ears. I'm seriously thinking about doing the 4.30 gears (I hear this is the way to go with an automatic) and running a 100 shot with a custom tune and calling it a day. If I could get 12's with this setup but still have a completely timid and reliable daily driver then mission accomplished.

It is a 5spd Bullitt. Mods: HiTech StageII cams, long tubes, O/R H-pipe, JLT CAI, Steeda UDP, Custom tune, 4.10 gears, MT ET Street DRs, FLSFC is about all that helps it in the 1/4. Suspension: H&R Race springs, Bilsteins, CC Plates, Extreme Duty LCA, Eibach anti-sway bars all of which is generally not helping me transfer weight at the drag strip. I pull seats, front swaybar and put my stock 17x8s back on instead of the 17x9 & 17x10.5 for track runs so it weighs 3205lbs (no driver) in that trim. I did relocate my battery to the right rear corner of the trunk. I refuse to abuse my stock clutch with high rpm clutch slipping launches, so there are lower ETs in it if I were willing to abuse it. My 60' is around 1.80-1.85 most passes.

I went 12.0 @ 116 on a 100 shot, mid pipe, mufflers, k&n, rear end, some suspension, sticky tires, untuned, over 100k miles, driving it like a girl. The nitrous has been on the car for 9 years and I use to spray it OFTEN. The stock T-45 has 130k miles on it and shifts like butter.
