Default good bye nice rims and nice stance. see ya in the spring

well most people lower their stangs, but i jsut got done putting my stock springs back on, YAY! this thing looks like a true 4x4 now with the stock springs and v6 wheels with my snow tires on. looks terrible, i can't wait to put the lowering springs back on in spring! lol. one good note tho, i thought the whole time this car just had some elcheapo lowering springs, but turns out their eibach sportlines. nice surprise . i'll have to post up some picks of the new 4x4 tomorrow when it's light out.

Why do you change out your springs for winter?

i figured it would almost be a must, around here winter suck so only having like 3-4 inches of ground clearance isn't gonna cut it on some days. only took me 2 hours so not like it was tooooooo big of a deal lol.

and wannabe, i ahte it lol. i got used to this car being lowered with wide tires, and pretty much zero body roll. it's a different animal now with 225's and riding about 2inches higher.

I did just as horrible in the winter with stock springs as I would lowering springs.... V6 wheel/winter Tires FTW ! in Michigan winter.

well let me rephrase it, when i said elcheapo was referring to like ebay offbrand or something. matt i'm not sure how lowering springs would make it easier, and like said the only reason i had for putting them on was the snow clearance. my exhaust already hangs low and scraped over everything, so i thought i'd need stock height.
