Default Fuel Tanks GT vs. Cobra

Ok so I've been reading about the 2.6L Kenne Bell that I really wanna get. The only real question I'm having right now is it talks about you have to have a 03/04 cobra fuel tank. I was just wondering what the main diffrence was between the GT fuel tank and the Cobra fuel tank.

Cobra tanks are baffled so it maintains pump suction while cornering/hard acceleration with low fuel level in tank (1/4 tank or less). If you want to be worry free, go with the cobra tanks, but its not a must have.

Well obviously he wants more power than a stock shortblock can handle, which he would probably need the 03 cobra tank. In my opinion, if you're going over what a focus pump can handle, you need a cobra tank and fore hat. Just my opinion.

Enough I'm going to need duel pumps. I guess that is the reason huh. I'm aiming for 550 HP But im going to build it to strong that way I wont have to go back if I ever want more power I wont have to start all over. Not saying you get bored with 550+ HP but there is that time you want a little more

Buy an 03 cobra tank and use a fore hat with dual walbro pumps for a return style fuel system. Best setup for the job.

Prolly will do something like that. I'm just trying to get done with the planing/blue printing stage right now of the build.

How is that the best setup? Do you have personal experience with that setup or just saying what you hear from other people?
