Yes, the only exception is that the reverse sensor is different and needs to be spliced together. Its just 2 wires so its pretty straight forward and it runs off DC current so you can't wire it wrong.

LOL. One thing I have found weird/odd/different about the TR3650 though is how close the gears are to each other... Like in the T45 its |--|--| in the 3650 its |-|-| I kept having trouble getting it into reverse because I kept going so far over to the right where the T45's reverse is. Reverse feels like 4th in the T45 and 5th feels like 3rd.

Yea the 3650 is a lot closer. I thought it was just me that thought that until now. I was always like WTF is up with my ish. lol
