paid a grand for the car with a bad motor, swapped in a junkyard crown vic motor, threw a 70mm on3 kit in with all the supporting fuel/suspension mods, currently hovering around 10psi.(got bored and turned the boost controller up lol) made 410/480 on 8psi. Theres about 6k total in the entire car. I went over just about everything from the trans forward and replaced it. Still need to work on the interior a bit and rear suspension.

damn, that car looks great. would that turbo kit/intercooler fit with the stock bumper? those are great numbers for having 6k in it. does it have the heads from a crown vic (PI?)?

i imagine it would fit with the stock bumper, this car came with the termi bumper. Put a 03 vic motor in it, so its identical to the mustang other than the covers and intake. i was pleased with the power it made... its literally all stock car minus the turbo and supporting mods. plan on getting a shortblock/turbo cams together next year and shooting for 600 on pump.

so is it possible to have all four O2 sensors and be the PCM. I have taken it to several mechanic shops and all they come up with is the PCM. My next step is to go to the dealer and program the new PCM i purchased since i get the theft engine code and car will not start with the new PCM.

hello everyone,

My 04 mustang 4.6 has been running sluggish and hesitation when i start in 1st gear an while driving. i have the check engine with code P2197 oxygen sensor bank 2 sensor 1. i have replace the O2 an still issue. can crossed O2 wires cause this hesitation an sometimes pop noise from my exhaust or is it a fuel issue?

Please help i taken to several shops but no one can tell me what the issue is.

Do I have to replace the ECU if I go from an automatic transmission to a manual? other than the clutch packs, pedal, and shifter what else would need replacing?
