IMO bronze wouldn't mesh on a silver car. However, I seem to remember 1slo85's Silver Bucket had gold wheels. Granted they were drag wheels, but the gold looked good on the car.

Just get chrome, you will be happy with it

The type of bronze all depends on if it will go with your car or not... There are so many shades of bronze. You have to pick the one that will look best... Me? I think a flat almost brushed looking bronze color would look sick. Almost like a brownish.

You really did a lot of searching to look for a 17" black bullitt wheel... Good job
