There will always be a bigger/better car years to come. Just think, I have heard the 2014 mustang will be "smaller" body-wise. And if they keep the 5.0 in it, smaller may equal less weight with the same motor so better power to weight. Then all the 2011 guys will want a 2014 lol. It will never end.
True, but it still gets old after a while in traffic. I miss my auto v6 sometimes more than having this car due to that. The clutches are a LOT better in the newer cars.

And yeah, I'll be fine with a 2011 lol. I plan on keeping the car til it dies.

After buying my 97 Cobra the thought has crossed my mind.
But in a way I want to keep it to be my drag car only.
If the price was right I guess I would sell it and mod the **** out of the Cobra

I can see it being done. My wifes 93 Corvette with LT1 and a A4 tranny get 30+.(gave it to my wife because the Mustangs are my true love).
But the thing is a dog off the line do to the 2:95 gears

I see 4:11 going in this thing in the future for sure.

I've thought about selling my car...but it's my first gt. Now it has a new a/c compressor, new brakes/calipers/rotors, new clutch, and new exhaust. Saving up for a vortech v2-SQ and rims and I'll basically have the car I want.

Has anyone thought about doing a swap and going with the lsx motor and a t56 into a mustang its a pretty simple straight forward swap and you get the looks of a mustang with the power of a bowtie

I personally love the weight and feel of the cable clutches. It's an added bonus that there are less parts to deal with.
