Default The Suspension debate.

lookin to do my suspension. this will be for a supercharged car. i am looking for a setup that will plant the power to the ground but still hit the turns.right now this is what im looking at running.

mm c/c plates
hr ss vert springs
eibach pro damper shocks/struts or coil overs.
steeda bumpsteer kit

i already have full length subframe connectors on the car, sway bars and tower brace installed. looking for opinions on the spring and shocks/struts setup mainly. i dont see this being a bad setup but id like to view all possible options available.

/e: i also am running a full cobra brake upgrade.

I would recommend you pick up a good set of LCA's, but depending on how hard you are gonna push it at the launchpad, if this is indeed your goal, you need to consider a strong set. This leads directly to spring/strut/shock choice and need to now your goals for this decision.

I am NOT a 1/4 mile person, but focused specifically on twisties and open track, so hit up my suspension guide and look at "LCA's" specifically for one that will suit your needs.

thanks jazzer, this is going on my daily and this car wont see the track at all so im lookin for more into hitting turns than anything. i have another 04 gt project that is track only. i was thinking about lca's but hadn't decided yet on them. ill go through the guide again to get a little bit more of an idea of what im gonna decide on. At the moment i am really leaning towards the coil overs as well
