Default I need a 4.6 mustang motor

i bought a 2003 mustang gt convertible with a motor that wont turn,
if you know of any legit sites or good rebuild kits for me please let me know.
Im gonna pull out the motor soon and give details.

This is the thing idk if it's just my main bearings that ****ed up or if it's the crankshaft, and idk if the heads are good, but my dad says he messed around with some stuff and it's starting to turn just a little

Can you turn it by hand? Or will it just not crank if you try to start it?

Before you do anything, take off the serpentine belt and try to turn it over. I bought an f150 off a guy, said the motor was locked. What he did not realize is that the a/c compressor was toast .

The old man I bought it off of said he was on a trip to walmart and a block away from leaving his house he looked at the oil pressure and it was high, so he turned it off and went back to his house, put oil in it, and drove up to walmart again and heard a low pop and the motor shut and didn't turn after that...
