Default 6 rib or 8 rib?

I was wondering what PSI my Vortech V2 supercharger will start to have belt slippage issues? Just trying to get a grasp of what parts Im going to need for my engine build.

I have a 2.87 pulley @ 17 psi with no belt slip on a 6 rib

Wow.... that's pretty good, I've always heard anything under 3" and it's something to start considering.

I was using an 8 rib set-up with my old Vortech T-trim...I was also using a 2.65" upper pulley!

Does this mean you're going to jam moar boost into her? Or just switch around the pulleys?
