Doesn't look like "200 miles" since a factory rebuild to me...

idk, but 200 or 2000 either way its only 1300 shipped. you will have a blown car for a lil over a grand. 1050 without the injectors.

To my eye it's too filthy and ratty looking to have had "rebuild from Vortech" any less than 50k miles ago. The first thing they would have done is clean it.

I see nothing there but a $1000 worth of head/heartache, and some other person's problems...

It really doesn't look bad at all. I've seen mine look worse in under a week from belt slip. I would ask for proof of rebuild before I bought it.

I don't think it looks to dirty, but like Ox said I would definitely ask for proof of a rebuild.

A friend had his V2 rebuilt by Vortech a couple years ago and it looked like new, fully cleaned and glass beaded...

Thats fine then dont buy it lol. Someone can have a blown car for a litle over a grand. Im just throwing it out there for someone to have a good oppourtunity at FI rather than make excuses why not to jump on a good deal. Its not mine, I dont know the guy, dont care about the guy, dont care who buys it, just sounds like a good deal.

You can ask to see a rebuild reciept, or ask for the serial number and contact vortech and they will be able to tell you if it was serviced. When I was ordering parts for my procharger they asked me all kind of info and for the serial number.

It is a good deal if it was just rebuilt. Like they said, asking for proof would be smart.
