Default Car Transport

Mustang brothers and sisters,

I am asking your help in choosing a reputable, reliable car transport service. Moving to Texas from CA at the end of the month. If you have used one that you can recommend please let me know. As you all know we don't trust our rides with just anyone so I am asking for your help. If this is posted in the wrong section.. Sorry

There are so many good carriers out there. But I know Reliable is pretty good

You could also try googling to find someone you trust. Or you could buy me a plain ticket out to Cali and I will drive it to Texas for you

Must be they quoted mi 1k for a closed carrier and 850 open. That is just too high...

When I get home I will see if I can find the company I used. I had my SS transported from Iowa to Arizona. It was on an open truck so if that is not a big deal. Closed trailers are really expensive.

Painters tape the bumper and hood if thats your worries and just nut up and drive it, enjoying the mustang driving expereince is what its all about anyway not to have a car sit and collect dust.

I was looking to do the same thing when I made my move from Boston to KY. ~800 mi and a 16hr trip (taking breaks) I didn't mind driving it except the sound of the o/r X and magnapacks at the time...holy crap. Needless to say a month after I was here I added cats ahah

Maybe look into a Uhaul car trailer... That's if you have a truck to tow it with. It will be cheaper and you can pack your car with "stuff" and still keep an eye on it.
