Supercharged AND turboed!?

It's pointless to do it on a 2v. The only reason people are really doing it on the cobra's is because the supercharger is basicly free since it comes with the car.
If I were to compound boost a 2v I'd do it correctly with a 57mm turbo and an 80mm turbo. Real compound boost only uses turbos of different sizes to spool the bigger one faster.

theres a 03 running the helion compound setup making around 1300hp. From what i hear it makes some extreme heat that would need to be controlled before its any good. Helion claims 1600+hp is possible out of it which is pretty sick.

I suppose if you have a insane amount of cash laying around it could be fun.

Forgive my noobiness. But if the setup is to use the super at low rpm and the turbo at high rpm, and not concurrently in some manner, then why would this be better than a twin turbo setup, which is done to accomplish the same thing?
