kidding. of course. Glad you made it out okay, dude. What happened exactly? If I may ask.
18 wheeler ran a red light and turned in front of me. I swerved to try and miss him. But I was travelling at 55 mph and left less than 10 feet of skid marks. I literally had no time. The front of the truck caught the drivers side headlight and peeled everything back to the back door. The funny thing is there was a cop (in a marked unit) sitting at the intersection and saw the whole thing.

I ended up spending the next 11 days in surgery and intensive care. Compound break on left femur, broken left arm (3 places), collapsed lungs and 2 broken bones in my face.

Yeah i know a guy who got around 100k from a semi wreck. The driver fell asleep and drifted right, and pushed the guy off the road. Luckily he drifted right instead of into on coming traffic.

It depends on what company the truck driver worked for..if it was a big one, you'll probably just get a fat settlement check.

All been done. I did get a settlement but NO amount of money was worth it. I have been rich and I have been poor. But don't EVER want to go through anything l;ike that again.
