Best technique for re-installing side skirt?
I recently slid into a ditch on an icy road and my driver's side side skirt became loose. I removed it, picked up some new body panel fasteners, and cleaned out all of the mud and grass. There is one screw at the back wheel that attaches the side skirt to the car as well as about 12 body fasteners and 12 of these plastic clips that slide into a rail in the side skirt.
What is the best way to get this thing back on? It isn't covered in my Haynes manual. I am guessing that I should get the plastic clips lined up and popped in, then do the body fasteners (which are way up under the car), and finally the one screw. Let me know if you've had experience with this. Thanks.

Wow! 140 views and no responses. Well, I was able to pull it off so for your reference this is what I did:
There are about 15 plastic clips that slide into the outside edge of the skirt. They look like dealer only parts and the majority of them stayed attached to the rocker panel when I removed the skirt. You have to get these out with patience and some needle nose pliers. Slide them back into the grooves on the outside edge of the skirt. Then you can just pop the skirt back into the holes on the rocker panel. Follow that up with the plastic body fasteners under the car on the "pinch" rail (my 98 took about ten of the 5/16th size.) You can pick these up at any parts store for about $2 per 6 fasteners. The final step is the screw at the rear wheel fender. Done.
