all 1/8th unfortunatly, the nearest 1/4 is like 2 hours away vs the 1/8th thats like 15 minutes down the road...im deff doing 1/4 this year though

low 12s are doable with just cams, you dont have to have the heads. I know a guy on a couple other forums that went 12.16 with boltons, HiTech stage 2s, 4.10s, and a decent suspension with slicks....Its all about the driver mod. I should be in the 11's, but Ive only been racing a couple seasons, and I go about 5 times a season...Nick at MHS will set you up with everything you need, hes a good guy...

yea trevors my buddy on FB...awesome car/driver for sure.

and 03 ive been watching your build for a bit now, and that is a sick trap speed for what you ran. 11's shouldnt be a problem for you i would imagine. your trap speed is what made me reconsider doing just cams

Slicks, suspension, cams, tune, weight redux, and drive the crap out of it. If you do heads too, you will get there a lot easier.

lol why do people keep using trevor an example to how fast a cam only 2v can go....other people have ran a lot faster with just cams only as well

If you are already in the upper 12's with stock cams and heads, I'd say you could get low 12's easily with cams, heads and slicks. I run 12.5 with HiTech StageII cams, stock heads and 275-40-17 DRs (NO clutch abusing launch at only 1.77 60').

You could probably get low 12's with just cams and slicks.
