Need advice about T56 or TKO600
I want to change my transmutation from Auto to manual
Which is better for street racing use T56 or TKO600 or 500
and these are my mods BBk long tube headers bbk xpip and flow master kit pack , Trick flow trick heat intake manifold with high-velocity intake ports and 75mm throttle body inlet,l range 1.500 RPM 7,200 RPM (BBK70mm throttle body , BBk AIR intake filter .Patriot heads stage 3, Competition Cams Xtreme Energy XE278AH -Intake Lift: 0.550 -Exhaust Lift: 0.550" Intake Duration @ .050": 242 degrees -Exhaust Duration @ .050": 246 degrees -LSA: 113 degrees -RPM range: 2200-6200 .TORQUE CONVERTER 3200 STALL, kit shift, Ring &Pinion 3.90 ) 30lb fuel injectors, MMR 900 short block
as my auto is been damaged should i fix it or go for the manual

It all depends. Some like the T56 for the extra gear on the highway. However, be careful about the T56. I was talking to Bob Hanlon and he cautioned me that just because you have a sixth gear doesn't mean you will go 200 mph or anything.
IMHO, I think the TKO is more durable. They are only 5 gears though. It is all what you like. Both can be built better.
Each tranny can get upgraded input shafts, gears deburred, and any high rpm shift issues resolved. I would pick the tranny you like and look into getting it upgraded or buying an upgraded version. Some vendors that can do that are Hanlon Motorsports(built my T45 and good people to deal with), MMR, D&D, etc.
