Which flywheel for 98 GT???

Which flywheel for 98 GT???
Guys,
I see 2 options for replacement flywheel for my 98 GT...one is a 6 bolt and the other is an 8 bolt.
How do I know which one so I have all of the parts before I tear apart the tranny?
This is the original flywheel with 155k miles so I am definitely replacing it and not even going to think about resurfacing.
