Lowering Car! Need Help!

Yeah, kinda figured id have to get the c/c plates, i was definetly thinking the maximum motorsports c/c plates, combined with tokico shocks and struts and the h&R springs. What would be a rough estimate for install on all of said mentioned products lol.
