Back in about 2000 when I was in a 98 TA, I had a guy in a 99 Cobra run me light to light. Behind us was a chick in a neon keeping pace. I found out later it was his wife. She drove it well and was right with us the entire time.

However, I'd rather have a stylish but slower car than an ugly but faster car any day.

Most modern Chysler products are a POS and you know it LOL. When I worked for Dodge I couldnt believe the interiors and just the general lack of quality of those things.

Funny you brought this up. I parked next to one at the convenience store last night and the kid got out and gave me that look. As he was walking by I am sure he could hear by Vortech so I turned the car off. As those who have Vortechs know they wind down when you turn the motor off. When he heard that he turned around and just smiled.

I've seen them at the track doing anywhere from 12's to 14's a few years back.

There neons, they all fall apart fast or not. Dodge took an already notorious POS car and just slapped a turbo on it and at the end of the day is a POS neon with a turbo and will fall apart just like all the other ones, they just can't stand the test of time I know plenty of people with them and they just run like crap or break down constantly.
