You don't need a swivel. Only thing you will need is a spark plug socket and 1-2 feet of extensions. I like to take the extension off of the ratchet and get the plugs started by hand to prevent cross-threading them when putting plugs in. It is absolutely impossible if you arent an idiot to cross thread them if you start by hand, gives you a lot more feel.
Gapped my TR6's at .032-.034 for 9lbs of boost.

Plugs are an easy task. I would just add two bits of advice...
1. Use a torque wrench to install them (14-15lb/ft). You don't want to screw up the threads in your heads!
2. Use a piece of rubber hose slipped over the top of the plug to start the plugs by hand. Be sure that they turn several rotations easily by hand before you put any wrench on them. You don't want to screw up the threads in your heads!
It is open for debate whether using a "little" anti-seize on the threads is a good idea. Two different types of metal in contact under heat cycling conditions tends to cause metals to react and possibly make it hard to get them loose next time. Again, you don't want to screw up the threads in your heads!
