So then It would be worth it? Id rather put out the extra few hundred to have better ball joints. Always see mixed reviews about the Steeda ones.

Not worth it, IMO

If looking for improved cornering, a tube "K" and non-stamped "A" arms are the way to go. Some improvement, but a lot of work for little gained.

I too am considering the Cobra control arms.
My original factory bushings in the arms are not what they once were, and I figured that I'd just get the Cobra arms with the 50% firmer bushings vs going thru the HASSLE of trying to replace just the bushings. I will also be installing Steeda X2 ball joints either way, so pressing the Steeda ball joints in and swapping the arms seems to be a easy approach.

I am guessing that moving the front wheels 3/4" forward and having the firmer bushings would be nice upgrades. I just hate that the price of the Cobra arms have risen in the past few years. $375 at my local dealership. $349 is the best price I have found on-line. Anyone know where I can find them for less than $349???

I'm still running the factory type coil springs, not coil-overs.

I just figured with the hassle of replacing the factory bushings, the 3/4" forward shift in the wheels, firmer than stock bushings, and the ability to remove stock ball joints and press in the Steeda X2 ball joints in advance... going with the Cobra arms might be a decent approach.

If only tubular K, tubular arms and coil-overs were in my budget, I'd go that route and never look back.

You could probably get the coil overs and a arms for the price of stock cobra a arms. There are several companies that make brackets to.run stock coil springs on tubular a arms

Yeah, fine tubular A arms that allow stock location springs... a MUCH better choice than dishing out for stamped Cobra A arms.

Until you guys mentioned it, I hadn't really considered that was an option. After looking, Team Z has some tubular arms with cups for the springs. That is probably a better option for about the same price.

I just wonder how much difference there is between those bushings and the Cobra bushings???
