Default 4.6l 2v swap 5.4l 2v

Ok I have done a lot of searching and still have not found what I need/want to know.
I have the opp. To get a headless 5.4 cheap(supper cheap and under 40,000miles) I belive it was a 2002 5.4 f150 motor. My cars motor is torn down and I got thinking I would love to have a 5.4 but I just put tons of money in my 4.6 heads. I belive they will bolt on with little to no probs am I wrong? Also my 8 bolt flywheel will also corect? Since I'm keeping my 4.6 heads dose it matter if it is/was a 3v and could it be a 3 or 4v? What eles do I need to know about doing this?

I plan on having to fig out intake. Also I might get a diff k meber.
I had checked my ptv clearance and was good on my 4.6 will it be more or less on the 5.4?
