Default Drag wheels

Hey everyone, I've been wanting to switch out my rims and go with wider and thicker wheels. Plus bigger wheels in the rear. This BFGoodrich wheel is exactly what I want on my Mustang ( http://www.bfgoodrichtires.com/tire-...a/tire-details ) but I need help with choosing the right type of wheels. Can anyone send me some links to good wheels that are proper for these kind of tires? Thank you.

I'm new to these kind of things and don't know where to start so I was hoping for suggestions on sizes that suits a daily driver but still have that muscle car look. I like how these wheels look but don't know the sizes for them. http://img515.imageshack.us/img515/1...wheels2lb1.png

Those are wheels specifically for drag racing. You are looking for a daily driver type of wheel? What kind of wheels do you prefer? Bullits? Saleens? Cobras? FR500s? Pretty much any one of those wheels look great on Mustangs. For the typical muscle car look, a setup would be something like 17x9's for the front and 17x10.5's for the rear...or (18x9/18x10's)...

Best of luck

There's tons of different size tires to match what you like. Typically you'll pick out the kind of rims you want first, then get the tires you want.

Like the link above, American Muscle has tons of good wheels that will fit. They're all great, I'm partial to FR500's myself. (Browsing Craigslist for a good set of used ones isn't a bad idea either if you want to save a few hundred dollars, plus 9 times out of 10 they come with tires)

If you want a meaty back tire like that, you'll probably want to get some Weld racing rims like lizzy. A fat tire like that on 17-18'' rims wouldn't fit without tubbing the car out, I think anyways.

Stick with a 17x9 up front and a 17x10.5 out back. Tire size should be 255/40/17 and 315/35/17 out back. That would make it look sweet. Best of luck to you on the wheels selection their lots of styles out their but don't get ricer wheels please.

If you are looking for 15" drag wheels, American Muscle actually sells those now, but for some reason are only in the 2010-11 wheels section. It has the exact backspacing you would want for the rear as well. They don't have tires for it right now but I'm sure they are working on that.
