2v to 4v swap

Intake Manifold Runner control. Basically, on the 96-98 Cobra motor and the 93-98 Mark VIII motors, they have two intake valves. The IMRC's keep one intake valve closed off until about 3K RPM, then they open. Much like a 4bbl carb would open up the secondaries. If they are functioning, they give you more torque down low in the RPM range. If you delete them, you won't see jack for power until 3K RPM. The 99-03 heads don't use an IMRC.
Well, technically the 96-98 Cobra Heads flow the best with FI, but I would go with an 01 head just to avoid the headache of the IMRC.
when im building the motor does it matter what heads i use, and when buying a blower what would i buy one for 96-98, 99, 01-02, or 03-04, or with the heads ported would it really matter. before the motor goes into the car it will be a stroked and blown, and im not sure what parts to buy for frakenmotor.

All I can say is when I did my swap I had used the GT ecu and the cobra harness, slapped 90 bucks out for 3 power pulls on a local dyno and was VERY dissapointed when it only put 190rwhp, so you DEF want a tune lmao.
