Default IC vortech almost done, Hp predictions

Sup all, I'm about 90% done on my build and getting very enthusiastic about my hp predictions. My friends and I are all tossing numbers out there. But I'd like to get a idea from members who have been boosted.

previous mods in sig. Plus Vortech V2, Procharger IC, Vortech bpv, Pmas hpx maf. 3.33 pulley, 255lph fuel pump and 42lb injectors.

Also just installed some rear control arms w/ NT05's to put some of this power down.

Ive got a appointment for a dyno tune in a month.. I'm hoping to put down over 400 hp. But with a IC and long tubes I know my PSI will drop. What are your guesses?

PSI dropping due to LTs is not a bad thing, its a good thing. You will still make more power even though you lose PSI because you're moving more air. The more power you can make on as little pressure as possible the better. More pressure=more stress. Superchargers make power because they force a lot of oxygen into the engine, not because they create pressure in the manifold, these two things are totally seperate and unrelated. The pressure is simply a segway for the oxygen supply. The more efficient your system is overall the less pressure you will have.

Oxygen, fuel and spark are the catalysts for combustion. Combustion is energy, energy is power, and power is speed. Oxygen is king so long as you have the fire and fuel to match it. NEED MORE OXYGEN CLEARLY.

Run 9PSI and you will certainly meet your goal. At 9 PSI i'll say 408RWHP/392RWTQ by the time you hit 5.5k RPMS.

Somewhere around 4XXRWHP and 380-4XXRWTQ would be my best guess. Should be a pretty beastly car after thats all done! Good luck and post some videos up after its all tuned.

I know a guy with a 2001 gt running the same pulley but with meth (not sure how meth would compare to intercooler) and minus long tubes, and he made 410 rwhp & 400 rwtq. You might make a tad more with the long tubes.
