Its really not that hard to calculate. Just take the width (first number) multipled by aspect ratio (profile as a percentage) and you have the sidewall height.

ie 315 x .35=110.25 so sidewall is 110.25 mm tall compared to front
275 x .40=110.00 they are almost perfect
