A problem that I nearly had myself. Holding it in place, perfectly square to start and torquing the Jesus out of it I don't have any leaks. I was 10 minutes away from trimming that flare back .25" all the way around to get it to seal better. Also known issue with the Summit pipe per my exhaust guy.
