For the locals I can also point you where to go to get "inspected", 2 years ago I drove my car to the shop with no hood,headlights,or front bumper cover and it passed........................ actually heres a pic a couple days before we drove it up.

Sure doesnt sound right and you would think before replacing pad they would know cal's are frozen before putting new pads on.
