Awesome! I remember doing that. Try to find as close to stock as possible. When I bought mine it was bone stock, even had the orig battery and tires from 04. Bought the car with only 12k on it. Make sure you get a the SVT Certificate & Letter.

mustve been pretty expensive. there is an 03 with 3k miles, white, just a catback but has original exhaust asking 32k by me

Or you could keep your car and do 4v swap on it. You said it yourself, the car is a toy. So why not build it how you want it?

For me personally, I HATE car payments. CANNOT WAIT to pay mine off. The only monthly bill other than cell phone that I want is a mortgage. (eventually)

Do it, but dont pay that. 15k is a good price. I loved my mach, with 4.10's, intake, and tune that thing was a rocket

Don't do if. You can buy a better car with that price. Unless you plan on keeping the Mach forever.

I'd keep the GT do a head/cam, 4v swap or blow it or spray it and take that 15k and put it towards something that appreciates in value....(cough cough HOUSE cough cough)
