Default Navigator heads different then Continental heads?

Will I have really been throwing around the idea of a 4v 5.4. The only thing is I havent found a good deal on a navigator engine anywhere. I did notice however that there were a few lincoln continental 4v 4.6 and a of course some f 150s with the 2v 5.4s in them. My question is, can I use the continental heads with the f150 block and an eaton s/c? I wanted to get a 03/04 eaton supercharger for it, and mount it using some 4.6 to 5.4 4v adapters. Only reason Im thinking that it wont work is because I heard that the Navigator head ports were different then c heads off of a continental/ aviator/ or other cars with c heads. If they bolt up, but the ports are a little off, and I could do a little port matching to get them line up, id be ok with that.
