Run whatever sized jets you want to on the car. Everybody has their own objectives and risk thresholds. If you just want a moddest increase in performance, you can absolutely get it with a 75 shot! Nobody says 305rwhp is wimpy if you get it thru cams, heads, etc, so why is it so if it is achieved thru spray???

I think starting into nitrous conservatively is a very smart approach, but be aware that you will be tempted to increase the jets before long. The cost of refilling bottles may help to control that urge a little bit though
