Just by looking at your pictures and not going through this enormously popular thread, lol. I like your car the way it is but if I had to pick something it would be.
A short Cowl hood
Cobra breaks or better
Nicer fogs
Stainless Rolled Exhaust Tips
If you want to be a little bolder, I like the short Steeda wing. This would even out the balance of the car with a Cowl hood as well.

Crash is right on target with his Bullitt comments.
The Bullitt side skirts are no longer available and a lot of the Bullitt guys are having to get Mach1 skirts as replacements when needed.
Just my two cents...
I love the dark smoked headlights on my car and I think those with smoked tails would look much better than you think. It would compliment the tinted windows and black chin. The dark front and rear look more sinister. I have my pony blacked out as well. As also mentioned, a nice pair of 3.5" rolled tips would look awesome too.

Don't you mean cobra skirts? Mach 1 skirts are the same as the GT ones.
