Happens all the time. I normally wont do anything. Some times when im in 2nd ill give them a little throttle just to show them a little bit.

Now if its a z06 or super car or 03 cobra that thinks they want an easy win... im all in.( not during rush hour, late nights with 0 cars around, as I do not want to kill someone)

Most people usually just pull up and stare me down but don't try and race or anything. Most people who want to race are trucks which just aren't worth the gas.

I honestly had more people try to race me in my mustang than my Z06. Its something about Mustangs.

Yes, I agree! In my dads (much faster) audi, ricers look past me like I have a cloaking device... But in the stang, I get every guy and his mother trying to race down the block. Ironically, on the highway I have NEVER gotten a challenge from them- sad.

First off, Soldier, every time I see your car on here I get very jealous lol. And to the thread, this year so far has been the first time I've had people trying to race me. And I always have my wife with me and she hates racing so I just pass on it. But I've had a bone stock 06 mustang gt follow me out of town like 5 miles to pull up beside me and give me me the nod for me to shake my head at him and say no. An 04 mach wanted to toy with me, and I'm not dumb enough to even bark up that tree with my basically stock 4.6 lol. Lastly, Diesels... Their always reving at me and showing me they can lay down some coal. Wow cool right? If i'm at the strip, I'll race anyone cuz i dont care if I win or lose. On the street, I really dont even think about racing. There are too many uncontrolled variable, Like where the cop will be watching from lol.

Happens to me from time to time.I'm usually hauling very precious cargo (my little girls).So I never respond to them.Must be something about a red mustang that makes other drivers feel ten feet tall and bullet proof.Most of the time they're driving something that looks like my work car,which isn't too nice at all.
