EGR VALVE question
My question is:
Does an EGR valve improve gas mileage or is it just there for improved emmissions?
I know the EGR valve recirrculates the spent gases from the exhaust during deceleration, but does it also work during acceleration and while under steady driving conditions say like highway driving ?
