I have not ran at the track yet. Roads just cleared up and I just finished putting in my new trans. I'm hoping to get to the track once classes are over.

Is it just that feeling when you take off from a stop? Not sure how it feels like it's slipping without actually slipping.

Before I put in my current/new trans I bought my previous trans that had a Trans-go shift kit. It slipped everytime at WOT when shifting 2-3. The guy that I gave it to for a core said the shift kit was installed incorrectly and fkd up the trans.

well it seems like when i go wot the engine revs to 5k then kinda sits there for a quick second then starts going up again. it shifts good. I'm gonna wait before i do anything and put more miles on it.

Hmmm sounds like you might have a 5000 rpm stall

When I go WOT it will do the same thing as your car but only at 4000 rpm lol

Does it do it everytime you go WOT? If your trans was slipping it would just rev until it hits the rev limiter or you let off the gas. I will try and pull up a video of my old trans that slipped.

This is a really crappy quality video but you (at least I can lol) see my rpms sit at 4000 rpm for a second then raise. At the end of the video you can hear what it sounds like when your trans slips lol

Note the trans in the video had 0 miles on the rebuilt and a trans-go shift kit. Guess I should have bought a trans that came with a warranty lol

this guy posted this vid for me on mm, his does the exact same thing as mine, watch the tach at about 15 seconds in. how it sits at 5k for a quick second then climbs again. he said he had 3.73's at the time and 4.10's cured it. that's got me wondering lol.
