Sealant for fuel fittings?

Sealant for fuel fittings?
I finally got my fuel pressure sending unit hooked up, and fuel is seeping out of the threads a little. Not bad at all, but I don't want that. I don't think I am supposed to use any type of sealant on the threads, what do you guys think? I don't wanna try tightening the fitting anymore for fear of breaking it.

You should not have to use sealant on an NPTF "dryseal" fitting--that said, there are a lot of things in the world you are not supposed to do.
A bit of the liquid/gel stuff won't hurt; do not use tape.
If it's not bottomed out or already "too tight" you may want to torque it up a bit more...

Also while driving my warning light came on because the gauge went over 80 psi, when i recalled my peak pressure, it pegged my gauge (maxes out at 100)...wtf

Yea I may try to torque them a wee bit more. I took it for a drive and there isn't any fuel dripping or anything so it might just not another quarter turn or something.

Well this is at the fuel rail, also I have a returnless system which doesn't have a regulator I don't think? I think it has something like it but its not called a regulator...maybe?
