You build it yourself. You can find used headunit's, then CX intercooler on ebay, injectors, etc etc etc.

Guys the OP has 3 grand left over.. More than enough for a S/C... OP heads cams and gears are good but the best bang for the buck on a 2V Mustang is either Nitrous or a blower....
