I shattered this peice on my car the other day while installing my nitrous purge tubes. Instructional video I watched said to drill holes in this piece for each tube and when I tried drilling, the drill bit shattered the plastic. So now I need to order a new one and don't know what the part is called. Its inside the red highlighted area in the picture between the top of the hood and the bottom of the windshield.

Thanks Man. I thought it was "vent" something but couldn't think of it. But for $189.00, I think I can deal with the hole being there for now.

yea there not a cheap part and hard to find used because people usually brake them taking them off. I've seen after market but I think they are about the same price

You can check out Ebay, I know they have some for the 99-04s on there. They are made out of a more flexible material and they are roughly $80.

Will the 99-04 cowl panel fit on the 94-98 mustang?? Anybody know??

I don't think the 99-04 will fit your car, but I'm not positive. But if you look at yours where it cuts back for the shape of the hood in the middle, on the 99-04 it is more of a straight line there.
