Has anyone ever put a 99-03 Cobra IRS on a 94-98 Mustang? If so, was it a direct bolt on or was there cutting and welding involved?

I recently saw some pics and I really want to get an IRS just because of how that rear looks.

Doing an IRS for looks is foolish. There is a lot more involved in an sn95 IRS install than a new edge. New edges are setup for it from the factory, but 96-98's are not. If you were doing it for performance handling I'd say go for it. But for looks, hell no. Also, pm bramas. He has an IRS in an sn95.

Doing for looks= your a ricer.


Doing it for the performance= you need to drill a few holes and line some stuff up. its not to terrible.
