Default !! centerforce dual friction for bolt on stang

so i'm going out on a whim here after totally breaking my TOB and getting a new clutch. i've heard good things about centerforce, and am curious if this clutch would hurt my stock tranny?i only have bolt ons, but maybe will do slicks, taller gears, and possibly cams or something like that eventually. here are my choices

mcleod street pro clutch

centerforce dual friction

which one?? i have a replacement TOB from my local parts store to fix the TOB, but am now springing to do the entire clutch. the centerforce doesn't incluce the TOB, but the mcleod does... and will that bearing be safe?
