Team z anti roll bar on street car
#11
he might have been going 5 mph. it was in an unpaved parking lot with a lowered mustang. UPR isn't bad for a track car, but it is too fragile for a DD.

My guess is this bar was damage by lots of DD duties and finally failed over that last speed bump. Again, not trying to be a richard-head, but rather not a good item for DD due to the constant articulation required around town.

Not to challenge you, but how would such a bar hold up under the rigors of the 1/4 mile, but not over a slow speed bump?

Its seems like alot of people are firm that it will break but i dont understand how the local fox body gets away woth running his on the street hooked up amd the car sees alot of street driving and its been on for atleast 2 years now

Disconnect one link and you can drive it on the street. Just make sure you jack it up from the center to take it off. I jacked my car up from one side( I couldn't get a jack under the fuel sump) and the one arm snapped right off.

For once, I agree with ox. Dont run one on the street. And if you do disconnect one like stated.
