RPM wont go past 1k when i gear
 

I got 1999 mustang gt. had a maf wiring issue the power wire came off. fixed it and plugged everything back. I have checked all connections about 10 times. Last night it started and idled fine but wouldn't go over 1k rpm when in gear and toady I tried to start it and couldn't. It starts but dies regardless of giving throttle I don't know what else to do. Please help

Sounds like your MAF is dead. When it got unplugged it may have killed the sensor. Check it out, that's just where I would start.

I checked for the voltage already and im getting .15ish or .015 can't remember i think at igntion on and goes up as i start my car with throttle. Can it still be bad? I am also getting good voltage at iac and tps. I disconnected battery and PCM for a good amount of time but didn't seem like anything was reset. Donno what else to look for.
