If only the aftermarket could offer a decent looking projector housing. Hmmm...
Definitely understand that, when I spent almost 800 for everything just to do lights I felt like I was a bit loopy. Then everything got put together and it's definitely a worthwhile mod.

I really wish I would buy them from you, but I just can't bring myself to run around with projectors that are painted red. Lol if you could paint the projector a different color, I'd possibly be interested.

If I had the money and wasn't thinking about selling my car right now, I'd be all over these. I'm actually really surprised someone hasn't jumped on them yet...

Heh, thats the general consensus. I no longer have access to the oven I used to open the second set of headlamps and I broke my heatgun that I used for my first retrofit.. This is the main reason I'm not really wanting to fix them and sell them for more lol.

I've been there.. hell I'm still somewhat there.. I jump back and forth between wanting to sell it and wanting to finish/keep it forever.

Like so many others, its the red that is stopping me but i really like them. where would someone start with doing that and was there a big improvement in useable light when driving?

Because HIDs have such a high concentration of light that it is ridiculous the amount of light they throw everywhere... thus blinding everyone on the road. It's rice because most people that don't take the time/money to upgrade to HIDs correctly by including a projector housing are usually crappy civics or similar cars.

IMO if you don't upgrade to a projector housing, you have no business running HIDs.
